Contractor Licensure

Completed license applications can be submitted using one of the following options:

1. Mail along with $80.00 license fee, check made payable to City of Columbia Heights.

2. Email license application to inspections@columbiaheightsmn.gov and mail $80.00 license fee, check made payable to City of Columbia Heights.

3. Or, apply and pay in person with cash, check or credit card during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3:30 pm. 

Items to include with your completed Contractor's License/Registration Application:
Bond and Certificate of Insurance information (see individual applications for required amounts)
Copy of State Plumbing License (if applicable)
