Arbor Day Tree Sale
We are excited to offer discounted trees to residents again this year through the Arbor Day Tree Sale! This is an excellent opportunity to help build the community forest while adding trees to your property at an amazing low price.
The order window is now live and will remain open through April 30 (or earlier if all trees are claimed). Supplies are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. All orders must be pre-paid; credit card payment is preferred, but checks are also accepted. Please mail or drop off checks at City Hall, 3989 Central Ave NE, Columbia Heights, MN 55421. The check memo should say "Arbor Day Tree Sale." Public Works will deliver trees to properties in May.
• Once your selection has been made, City staff will contact you for payment. Your order is not finalized until payment is received and confirmed by City Staff.
• Columbia Heights residents will be limited to two trees per household.
• Orders must be pre-paid.
• Only 50 trees are available for purchase.
• No refunds will be given.
• Orders do not come with a warranty.
• Trees must be planted on private property, not in the boulevard space or right-of-way adjacent to public roads.
Helpful information
Contact Gopher State One to have underground utilities located and marked. You can either call them at 651-454-0002 or submit a request online here. Requests must be submitted at least two working days in advance before planting your tree.
