Construction season kicks off Monday with closures on University Ave and reduced access on 39th Ave

The construction will last for about two months, ending in late June or early July, depending on weather. All businesses and residences will remain accessible throughout the project. Sections of the road will be accessible to local traffic only. Go here for more information. 

Crews will also begin rehabilitation work April 30 on 39th Ave from Jefferson Street/Huset Parkway to Central Ave, leading to some traffic restrictions. This work includes a partial reconstruction of the street with new concrete curb and gutter and a 6-foot wide sidewalk along the south side.
