Need a haircut before the school year starts? Columbia Heights middle school and elementary students are invited to Cuts with a Cop, a collaboration between the Columbia Heights Police Department and Moler Barber School.
Students can meet their local law enforcement officers and get their haircut for free! First come, first served. No sign up necessary.
