Fire Dept Open House Sees Estimated 400 Visitors

Thank you to everyone who came out to Saturday's annual Columbia Heights Fire Department Open House! An estimated 400 people dropped in.

Visitors met local fire and police officials, watched a simulated kitchen fire (and learned never to throw water on a grease fire), crawled through smoke tunnels, checked out the trucks and fire equipment, enjoyed ice cream, toured the free pumpkin patch, and got a chance to spray the fire hose! See you again next year, and stay safe!
