Water Main Project Under Way
The intersection of 43rd Ave at Benjamin St and Stinson Blvd is closed to traffic for an estimated two weeks as of May 29. Construction crews are working on a water main replacement project.

Please consider using alternate routes while work is being done.

Please obey construction signs and drive slowly through work areas.

Construction Zone Notices for Residents
ACCESS: Driveway access from the street and on-street parking may not be available between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm on days when crews are working. If concrete is replaced in front of your driveway, it will be closed to vehicle traffic for up to seven days. Residents will be notified by the contractor if driveway access will be blocked for more than one consecutive day.

LANDSCAPING IN THE BOULEVARD:  The City will restore any disturbed boulevard areas. If you have flowers, shrubs, or other landscaping in the boulevard, please contact City staff at 763-706-3700.

IRRIGATION/PET CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS: If you have irrigation or pet containment systems in your yard, please contact City staff at 763-706-3700. Irrigation and pet containment systems should be marked.

REFUSE AND RECYCLING: At this time, refuse, recycling, and yard waste pickup will remain the same. Columbia Heights staff will contact residents if the pick-up location needs to be modified.
