The City's winter parking rules call for no on-street parking between 2-6 am from Nov 1 to March 31. The rules allow public works crews to keep City streets clear of snow to ensure firefighters and emergency vehicles are able to pass safely and quickly to emergency situations. Residents can apply for one-night and long-term parking permits through the Columbia Heights Police Department.
