Citywide Survey Under Way

The City of Columbia Heights has hired the Morris Leatherman survey company to conduct a scientific survey of the City's residents regarding public services, facilities, utilities, events, and other items important to the City and the community. The surveyors will speak with a random sample of 400 residents over the next two to three weeks. On landlines, the caller ID from an official survey taker will likely be Morris Leatherman Company. On cellphones, expect to see a 651 or 507 phone number if they call you. If they don't reach you, they will leave a voicemail, giving you a chance to call back before you're marked down as a non-response. If they call you and you choose to give your feedback, you will have a chance to either answer the questions at the time of the call or schedule an appointment to answer them later. The survey will help Columbia Heights staff, stakeholders, and elected officials better gauge the direction of the City and where changes should be made. Thank you!
