Hwy 47 and 65 Planning Study Meetings

MnDOT will host three planning meetings for University and Central Avenues (Hwy 47 and Hwy 65) in the next few weeks (3/16, 3/21, & 3/23).

Many residents provided insights last summer and previously by attending in-person meetings, virtual events and completing surveys on how the roads could work better. The MnDOT study planning team is using that information, along with traffic data, to develop alternative concepts for the roads and intersections to better meet the community’s needs.

The new concepts will be ready for public review very soon. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and provide additional feedback. Details on these sessions appear below.
