SnowBLAST Returns Feb 3
The Columbia Heights' SnowBLAST festival debuted in 2021 as part of the City’s 100th anniversary and returns for its fourth year this February at Huset Park. This event is made possible through the support of Barna, Guzy & Steffen.
“We’re excited to continue this fantastic event,” said Will Rottler, the City's communications and engagement coordinator. “The response from community members attending SnowBLAST has exceeded our expectations.”
SnowBLAST occurs from 4-7 pm, Feb 3, at the divide between Huset Park West and Huset Park East in Columbia Heights. It will feature an open skating rink (pending weather), free popcorn, a s’mores station, fire pits, food sales, beer sales, live music from the Ballroom Surfers, a heated tent, complimentary hot beverages, light decorations, and mini pony rides.
“The City truly enjoys partnering with community groups to make our events possible, and SnowBLAST is the prime example of community building. We hope to see everyone at Huset Park on Feb 3 and enjoy an evening out with their families and neighbors.”
