Voting in the Feb 13 Municipal Special Election

Please note the election has been cancelled as of Feb 9 due to a ruling by the Minnesota Supreme Court.

The City of Columbia Heights will hold a municipal special election on Tue, Feb 13. The ballot question reads, "Shall Councilmember KT Jacobs be recalled?" Voters are given the option to vote "yes" or "no."  Voters are then asked to select a candidate to replace Councilmember Jacobs, if she is recalled. See a sample ballot here.
